Located in a historic building in the Oakhurst neighborhood of Decatur, GA, the design for Scout restored the light-filled spaces of the original structure. An elevated patio and new landscaping were also new additions. A contemporary Americana atmosphere was created with a 14-seat bar anchoring one end and an open dining room at the other, with warm materials and colors in a setting that is approachable, yet vibrant and fresh.
