Firm History

Ed Seiber founded his solo practice in 1987 after working at several small and medium size Atlanta architecture firms whose projects included restaurants, hotels, apartments and schools. His early projects included custom single family residences and commercial space planning.

He also resumed restaurant design projects with the Houstonís group with whom he had worked at a previous firm. Through this consulting work, he gained valuable experience with one of the pacesetters of high volume, upscale casual dining.

J. Edward Seiber Architect, Inc. came into being in the early 1990ís with Edís first full service restaurant commissions. The firm began offering integrated interior design services in 1994 and became Seiber Design, Inc. in 1995. Stacey Kirby joined the firm in 1996, became an associate in 2001 and partner in 2005.

We are a studio of architects and interior designers providing facilities planning and building design services for private sector clients and individuals.
